Assistant Principals
Assistant Principals will provide leadership at our school in the areas of programming, behavior management, and specialty support for high school students and staff. Their role is to support the programming around school structures, safety, and improvement for students and staff. Assistant Principals also lead various school functions such as testing, registration, scheduling, teacher observations, and community outreach. In the past, this position was in place in addition to the academic and post high school planning. By separating the two positions we will be able to provide more timely support and greater resources to our students, staff and community.

Counselors
High School Counselors are assigned to a portion of the alphabet according to students’ last name and are the point of contact for that student and their family throughout their four years of high school. This role allows Counselors to form close relationships with students as they provide personal, social and academic supports and services to maximize success during high school and beyond. Counselors support students in achieving success academically and are highly involved in supporting students in athletics, activities, clubs and volunteer experiences as well. Counselors are invested in ensuring students develop future ready skills and find a unique, college and career pathway.

Lakeville North High School has one full-time Lakeville Police Officer assigned to work at the school every day and be present at many school events. The School Resource Officer program is a nationally accepted program that places law enforcement officers within local schools. The program was designed to develop partnerships between law enforcement and the school community. The aim is to provide a positive law enforcement influence that concentrates on safety and security, encourages relationships between officers, school administrators, teachers and students, and fosters education. The SRO can be contacted via phone or email between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. If you have an emergency, call 911.
