TRANSCRIPT REQUEST PROCESS
ORDER TRANSCRIPTS - PARCHMENT (electronic at www.parchment.com)
Follow the instructions to set up an account after clicking on the "sign up" tab. Be sure to click "Request a high school transcript" when prompted. (Log in if an account has been already established). After entering your profile and enrollment information, you will be asked to complete a user agreement. Once established, you can select destinations for your transcript including colleges, NCAA, and the Common Application. A credit or debit card will be needed to pay the processing fee required.
Suggested: An unofficial transcript can be requested free of charge to be sent to the student or parent. Students are encouraged to use their PERSONAL email address when creating an account since school Gmail accounts are invalid after graduation.
Benefits: Parchment is easy, secure and available at any time of day or night. Colleges now prefer official electronic transcript, including colleges that utilize the Common Application. An email confirmation are sent to the student when the transcript has been sent and when the transcript has been received.
