2026 Yearbook

Welcome back for the wonderful school year ahead! We are excited to capture the story of our year together with help from all of you! We will be using Friesens Yearbooks for the second year, so all orders will go through them. Here are a few important reminders and dates for you to be aware of as we get started. 

Ordering your 2025 - 2026 Yearbook

Yearbook are now on sale at our yearbook store through Friesens. The price of the yearbook is $75, but if you order before the end of September, you can take advantage of some early bird savings and get it for only $65! Personalizations cost $10, with a couple of additional options available on the order form. Parents of seniors can choose to select an optional baby ad for $30. Please be aware, the publisher adds an automatic 5% additional fee for their online orders at checkout. 

After September, the yearbooks will still be available for purchase at the regular price of $75. To guarantee a yearbook, you must purchase it before the end of Third Quarter, March 26, 2026. We recommend you order yours this fall to make sure you don’t forget. After that, yearbooks will still be available for sale until we run out, which may occur before distribution day. Any available on distribution day will be sold at $90. 

Seniors and Parents of Seniors

Senior photos are due by October 31, 2025 at the link below. We will do our best to include every senior. Please let us know at your earliest convenience if you have special circumstances, including a name change, a late submission, or a wish not to be included. If you do not have a professional photographer and would like one of our yearbook photographers to take your photo, please contact us at the email below. 

• File name should be the student’s last name then first name (Ex. Clark_Amy)
• Photos should be a high resolution photo, at least 300dpi, preferably jpeg format
• Photo should be a minimum of 2” x 3” but may be larger (print size will be decided by yearbook students as they design)
• For size, head shots are preferred to full body photos but this is up to the individual student
• The yearbook staff reserves the right to deny any photos deemed offensive or inappropriate, according to the school dress code and school rules as laid out by the student handbook. Students will be contacted if a photo falls under consideration for this. 

Start thinking about your senior quote! We will send an announcement through your school email and advisory to fill out a senior quote google form this fall. This goes through senior students, so please do not rely on your parents to complete this. 

 

Parents of graduating seniors may purchase an optional baby ad with congratulatory message for their senior. This year, parents will be able to design their own ⅛ page ad, giving them the opportunity to include more than one photo if they desire. The instructions will be sent to you through the publisher at the time of purchase. The baby ad order is due by November 30, 2025, but you have until the December 14, 2025 to submit the designed ad.

Want to be on the yearbook staff?

If you are hoping to help create the yearbook there will be opportunities to join the after school club. Watch the announcements this fall for more details. We are always looking for photographers, graphic designers, journalists, writers, editors, and more! If you’re a 9th or 10th grader, start now to get the experience you need to become an editor. Meetings will occur during WIN times twice a month.
